Excellent location within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Exceptionally clean rooms modern and updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the $15.00 food voucher for the cafe located in the hotel. Food and service was good but nothing to write home about. We also appreciated the free bottled water each day of our stay and the ease and convience of check in and check out. We were in for a music fest and they even had our room ready early which allowed us to get to our event early and without having to worrry about our luggage.

Hotel and rooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Looks like it was recently renovated and upgraded. The floor of my room is hard wood, which makes it more appealing (vs. carpet). The hotel gym has new and working equipment (treadmill, Peloton bike, stair master, and free weights). Space is a bit small but can fit 3-4 people comfortably. I was provided with bottled water when I checked in. Hotel is accessible by train from Roosevelt station (4 blocks from hotel).

The hotel located in 15 min walk from the downtown area ( Riverwalk, Millennium mile) or 8$ by the Uber. CTA Roosevelt station in 5 min walk from the hotel. It was very convenient for me to get to the Midway airport. Also I liked the breakfast at the hotel.

We had dinner and breakfast at the Grant Park Bistro in the lobby, food and service was great. Liked the extra details - qi charger on the alarm clock, robe and slippers, bluetooth speaker / bathroom mirror.
